The registration which started last week would end on 10, June, 2021 according to the organizers.
Following the success the league recorded last season the leader of Alimosho Football Coaches Council led by Ikpo Moses Ifeanyi signed a memorandum of Understanding MOU with Owu Sportswear, a Nigerian sportswear manufacturing firm recently to kit the participating teams next season.
The success of the recent concluded Alimosho football coaches league has attributed to the main organizing committee led by Uchenna Samuel Eke who worked round the clock to ensure that all the matches play without violence during or after the game.
In a chat with our correspondent, Eke admitted that the league is waxing stronger and he had received phone calls from coaches, managers and club owners from various quarters who want to take part in the league. He said the success of the league in the last season attracted sponsors and corporate bodies to sponsor the league saying that only the clubs that register with the organizers would be accommodated for next season.
“After we finished our league, some coaches and club owners called me on phone that they want to take part in the league. Presently we have opened our door for interested clubs to come and register with us before we close our registration forms,” he said.
He said the all the participating teams in the forthcoming league would be kitted by Owu Sports wears and the organizers are still working tirelessly to ensure that more sponsors come on board before the commencement of the league. Samjason Football Club won the league in the last season.
