MS Success FC Boss Not Worried Over Delay Of Agbale Unity Cup

Chairman MS Success Football Club of Mushin, Musibau Oseni says he is not worried over the postponement of forthcoming 14th edition of Timi Agbale Unity Cup which was earlier scheduled for October 3, Saturday, 2020 at Agboran School of Science football pitch, Ede, Osun State.

Osun State Football Association recently had urged the organizers of the Agbale Unity Cup to shift the tournament to comply with the government directive as a result of pandemic disease, COVID-19.

MS Success FC of Mushin had started training ahead of the competition but when our correspondent interview the club boss recently on the postponement of the competition, the dark football administrator who doubles as head coach of the team said he is not worried over the delay boasting that his players are fit and ready for the tournament.

“I am not worried when the organizers postponed the tournament .Our training is still in progress and my boys are in best form of their lives.We will continue training and engage in some friendly matches to assess the players so that I can select those that would follow me to Ede,” he said.   

The annual tourney is put together to honour His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1, Timi Of Ede Land.

Match coordinator,Akin Oyedunmola told Journalists in Ede that arrangements have been put in place to organize a spectacular draws ceremony on 8, October, 2020 saying that the much awaited tournament would kick off on 10, October, 2020

Among the teams that have confirmed their readiness are 3FC Ifon-Osun,( Osun State) Akoment FC, Ede, (Osun State,) SSl FC, Mina, (Niger State) Okin FC, Ofa, (Kwara State) MS Success FC, Mushin,( Lagos State),Mighty Sparrow FC, Ore, Ondo State)

Oyedunmola revealed that they still need more teams from other part of Southwest saying that all entries would be closed on Tuesday.
