Nigerians disregard NCDC guildlines for COVID-19 prevention as they swam banks, bus parks, and markets on Monday the 4th of May.
Yesterday speelled what could be the begining of a COVID-19 outbreak in Nigeria has many Lagosians ignore government warnings and guildlines for interaction during the ease on previous 5 weeks Lockdown.
NCDC has raised concerns about the behavior and disregard for the containment measures of the novel virus.
Following the order to allow movements within states starting from Monday the 4th of May, thousands of people flocked the streets, markets and banks, completely disregarding the preventive methods.
Banks were filled at the gates and ATM points, Markets were filled with buyers and sellers and people struggle to resume their various livelyhoods and businesses.
NCDC has released a statement employing people to abide by the rules so as to mitigate the disastrous effects of the novel Virus.
Security and law enforcement agents have also been charged to monitor and direct the activities of people.
