FIFA announces shortlist for The Best Football Awards 2021

The Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) has released the names of shortlisted candidates for The Best FIFA Football Awards 2021.

The candidates for each category were shortlisted by two expert panels – one for women’s football and one for men’s football. The actual winners will be announced at an online ceremony on 17 January 2022.

Public voting will run until 23:59 CET on 10 December 2021.

FIFA will announce the three finalists in each of the seven categories listed above in early January 2022.
