BREAKING: Edo PDP Governorship Primary Poll: Omoregie Steps Down For Obaseki

A day after a Federal High Court in Edo State cleared all governorship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Thursday’s primary election, a  member representing Oredo Federal constituency, Omoregie Ogbeide Ihama, has stepped down for Governor Godwin Obaseki in the election.

Omoregie vowed to withdraw the court case he filed over the matter today.

Earlier, the aspirants for the party governorship primary in the State, including Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, had agreed to settle out of court.
